“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning how to dance in the rain.” – Vivian Greene
Ange Collins is the dynamic and energised Founding Director of Adllins Media. A serial entrepreneur with a stable of businesses at her fingertips, she is a big-picture thinker with an incredible zest for ensuring other people in life and business achieve incredible results.
Ange’s expertise in the media landscape coupled with a dedication to supporting and growing local business has seen her achieve a great deal of success since starting Adllins in December 2016. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her business, having previously worked for Fairfax Media and NewsCorp before embarking on her own enterprises.
With an impressive career in media marketing that spans over two decades, Ange’s expertise and dedication offer immeasurable opportunity to clients and employees alike.
Ange loves watching up-and-comers at Adllins hone their skillsets to become elite in their careers, and marvelling at the work of those who are already there.
Her outgoing nature and natural ability to ‘make things happen’ are strong reasons to engage in her products and services. Ange is a serious connector in business; she is results driven and motivates and coaches people and businesses to reach the best outcomes possible. She sees it as her mission to provide businesses across the globe with a strong voice and to support them through their business journey.
Ange’s journey is marked by a dedication to creating meaningful impact, particularly in her work with First Nations groups and organisations. Her commitment to amplifying the voices and stories of Indigenous communities reflects a profound respect for cultural diversity and a keen understanding of the power of media as a tool for positive change. Ange believes that positive conversations lead to better outcomes.
Ange transitioned Adllins Media to a remote working operation in 2023, a decision that reflects a forward-thinking approach to accommodating the needs of both clients and the Adllins team. Under this new model, the Adllins staff work from home but continue to uphold the closely collaborative spirit that Adllins Media embodies.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Ange is passionate about philanthropic work, advocating for social causes and championing initiatives that align with her values. Ange is a member of the Board of Directors of Wheels of Wellness, a service dedicated to providing healthcare services to people experiencing homelessness, and dedicates her time to making a difference within the community.
