Front of House

Working from our HQ in sunny Cairns, FNQ and reporting to our Operations Manager. This position would be attractive to an experienced Admin Assistant or Receptionist looking for their next adventure within an established and expanding media agency.

Adllins Media HQ resides in the heart of North Queensland located in Cairns. Providing leadership, support and contribution within regional communities is an extremely important aspect of Adllins Media DNA.

Our full-service media agency covers all things media buying and marketing strategy encompassing in house; website design and development, digital marketing, social media, SEO, creative design, event planning, media buying and planning, photography and videography including commercial drone operation. We aren’t just a media agency, we’re a marketing extension for our business partners.

Adllins Media are looking for a suitable applicant to join our growing team as our Front of House. You will be working alongside experts in their fields, with the core of your role being the first point of contact with clients and external businesses who phone or come into our office. You will be responsible for the general day to day duties that keep our business running! From maintaining our stationery, grocery and promotional gear stock, taking meeting minutes, assisting our digital team, liaising with clients, creating e-newsletters, assisting with sponsorship events and other general reception duties. Although you will have a list of daily duties, no two days are ever the same, you will be continuously assisting the team with a variety of tasks that will always give you a change!

Located in our Cairns office, you will be working for an exciting and fast-paced organisation dedicated to providing top tier marketing to businesses local, national and global.

You will have great communication skills and strong initiative.

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • An interest in the marketing industry
  • Attention to detail and deadline orientated
  • The ability and willingness to learn and adapt to our in-house style and processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fast acting and a quick thinker
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • A YES person mindset!

  • Experience within a media agency or other fast paced environments
  • Transferrable skills within other departments in Adllins Media
